Known Issues and Troubleshooting

Problem

The game crashes on start, but I was able to launch it in the past.

Potential solution

Deleting everything in %localappdata%\RevengeOfTheSavagePlanet\Saved except for the subfolder SaveGames.

Problem

My savegame disappeared.

Potential solution

Navigate to %localappdata%\RevengeOfTheSavagePlanet\Saved\SaveGames and locate files with the word backup in them. They are backups of your games, one of which might be the one you recently lost. You can recover the backup of your choice by renaming it to replace any of the files named PlayerSave_0.sav, PlayerSave_1.sav, etc.

If you see the Add-on stickers on the Soundtrack and Artbook entries of the main menu, all the DLCs have been successfully detected by the game. Pressing too many times the button can make the game skip the DLC check code.
