Terms and Conditions of the Alienware m16 R2 Gaming Laptop Promotion

Raccoon Logic, registered with company number 769299066 whose address is 4200 Boul. Saint-Laurent #207. Montréal, Québec, Canada H2W 2R2 (“Raccoon Logic”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is running the “Alienware m16 R2 Gaming Laptop” Promotion (the “Promotion”) via X (formerly known as Twitter) (the "Platforms”). The Promotion is being operated by Disobey.GG Limited registered with company number 12223682 whose address is 167-169 Great Portland Street 5th Floor London W1W 5PF (“Disobey”).

The Promotion will be operated in accordance with these terms & conditions & the Platforms’ terms & conditions.

ACCEPTANCE
1. By participating in the Promotion, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms & conditions & the Platforms’ terms & conditions. You are also indicating your acceptance of Raccoon Logic’s privacy policy, which can be found here – & the Disobey privacy policy, which can be found here. If you do not agree to each of those terms & conditions & the privacy policy, you should not apply to enter the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY
1. You may only enter the Promotion:
  1. if you are aged 18 years or older or, if you are younger than 18 years old, you have the written parental or guardian consent to enter & claim your prize. We may ask a winner to provide proof of age or proof of parental or guardian consent;
  2. if it is lawful for you to do so in your country of residence;
  3. under one account for each Platform.
2. You cannot enter the promotion if you or any person related to you is an employee, consultant or agent of Raccoon Logic, Disobey or any of its affiliates.
3. You are not eligible to enter this Promotion if you are a resident of, or otherwise located in, any of the following territories or regions: Cuba, Iran, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Sudan, Syria, or the Crimean Peninsula.
PROMOTION ENTRY
1. You can enter the Promotion by:
  1. Following the X (formerly known as Twitter) account, which has the handle @SavagePlanetHub, reposting & liking the X (formerly known as Twitter) post promoting the Alienware giveaway, & replying with #ROTSP to the X post (formerly known as Twitter) promoting the giveaway;
2. Entries to the Promotion will only be accepted between 00:00 BST on April 14th, 2025 & 17:00 BST on April 18th, 2025.
3. We can refuse entry for any reason, without notice to you. We will not accept any entries which we consider to be incomplete, misleading, late or inappropriate.
PRIZE
1. The prize will be an Alienware m16 R2 Gaming Laptop with Revenge of the Savage Planet decals (the “Prize”) which has an estimated value of $2,500 USD. The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or anything else.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER, NOTIFICATION & PRIZE COLLECTION
1. The Promotion will have 1 winner.
2. The winners of the Promotion will be chosen at random & notified within 2 weeks following the end date of the Promotion, by email or a message sent using the Platform used to enter. The notification to the winners may be made publicly & refer to them by name or user name. The selection of the winners by Raccoon Logic &/ or Disobey is final.
3. The winners must accept the Prize by responding to the notification by 17:00 BST on May 2nd, 2025. In the response, the winners must set out their full name, postal address & a contact email address.
4. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by 17:00 BST on May 2nd, 2025, the Prize will be awarded to a substitute winner instead. We shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or any other security settings or circumstances beyond our control.
5. The Prize will be delivered by a commercial delivery service. More details on delivery of the Prize will be provided to the winners. If the Prize cannot be delivered to a winner despite our reasonable endeavours to ship the Prize to such winner, we will determine another winner who will receive the Prize.
6. The winners may be requested to participate in promotional activity which may include but is not limited to highlighting they received their prize with a post on X (formerly known as Twitter).
7. In the unlikely event that the Prize becomes unavailable, we may change the Prize for another prize of equivalent value without notice to you.
RESERVATIONS & LIMITATIONS.
1. We can exclude any entries if we have a reasonable belief the entrant has breached these terms & conditions or the Platforms’ terms & conditions, or the spirit of these terms & conditions or the Platforms’ terms & conditions.
2. You shall be disqualified from entering the Promotion, &, if you have won a prize, we may withdraw the same or recover it from you if it has already been given, in case:
  1. of any violation of these terms & conditions & the Platforms’ terms & conditions by you;
  2. you provide incorrect, incomplete or outdated information in relation to the entry;
  3. or you commit any kind of fraud, dishonesty, deceit, misconduct or similar action in respect to the Promotion.
3. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay caused:
  1. by your participation in the Promotion or your use of the Prize;
  2. by third parties, including losses, damages or delays caused by fraud or any failure of any Platform or any communication network; or
  3. as a result of any incorrect or incomplete information provided by any entrant.
CANCELLATION OF THE PROMOTION
1. We shall be entitled, in our reasonable discretion, to cancel, delay &/or recommence the Promotion with immediate effect by online announcement without any liability, especially where the Promotion is unable to run as planned due to a computer virus network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
2. If a Promotion is cancelled after a valid winner is selected, we will use reasonable endeavours to offer the Prize or an alternative, equivalent prize. If such an alternative prize is offered but not accepted by you, you shall have no claim against Raccoon Logic or Disobey in respect of the cancellation or delay of the Promotion or for any expense or damage whatsoever incurred as a result.
3. We may cancel, vary or withdraw the Promotion or the Prize if it is unlawful in your country of residence.

4. These terms & conditions will be governed & interpreted according to English law & subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant English courts.
